Cancellation Policy

Package Terms & Conditions 1. Package Validity Each package has a fixed validity period. Any unused sessions will automatically expire after the package expiry date. Extensions, rollovers, or refunds are not provided. Please purchase and schedule your sessions according to your personal availability and attendance frequency. 2. Package Sharing Regular packages are shareable and may be used by family members or friends. As our Pilates studio has a maximum of 5 reformers, each class can accommodate up to 5 bookings. 3. Minimum Class Attendance Pilates group classes require a minimum of 3 participants to proceed. If fewer than 3 participants are booked, the class may be cancelled, and affected students will be notified in advance. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please cancel or reschedule your class at least 6 hours before the class starts. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows will be considered as a used session. If a class is cancelled by the studio, the Credit will be returned to your account accordingly. 5. Refund Policy Once a package has been activated, it is non-refundable. 6. Rollover / Extension Packages do not include rollover or extension by default. Any unused sessions will expire upon the package expiry date. For special circumstances, please contact our customer service team in advance. Any extension request will be subject to management approval. 7. Waiting List Policy If you join the Waiting List, you will be automatically moved into the class when a spot becomes available due to another student's cancellation. Please note: If you are unable to attend, please remove yourself from the Waiting List in advance to avoid being automatically booked into the class. Once you are automatically moved from the Waiting List into the class, it will be treated as a confirmed booking. If you are moved into the class from the Waiting List less than 6 hours before the class starts and are unable to attend, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once you have been moved into the class, the normal 6-hour cancellation policy will apply. 8. General Terms By purchasing and activating a package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
