- Be sure to arrive at least 10 mins early to unwind and settle in, so you’re ready when class begins. Class starts right on time, and latecomers of more than 10 minutes will be
respectfully turn away
- We know that life gets in the way sometimes. Should you need to cancel your class, do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit(s).
- Students are required to book a class at least 2 hours in advance.

Wix member benefit 1.1 会员如果临时无法参加课程，可以于2周内补课。If a member is unable to attend a class on short notice, they can make up the class within 2 weeks 1.2 如会员因为个人原因无法在有效时间内完成套餐，请在套餐过期前通知客服 ，套餐即可延迟7日。If a member is unable to complete their package within the valid timeframe due to personal reasons, please notify customer service before the package expires. The package can then be extended for an additional 7 days. 1.3 会员如果临时需要参加课程，在有位置的情况下，可以先参加课程过后再通知客服加入名单。If a member needs to attend a class on short notice and if there is availability, they can participate in the class first and then notify customer service to be added to the list afterward 1.4 如果会员的套餐到期，请在套餐到期前一日通知客服，到期的课时将可以加入新套餐。 If a member's package is about to expire, please notify customer service one day before the expiration date. The expired classes will be rollover to the new package.
