Dear Valued Members,


We are excited to welcome Instructor Rachel to our yoga family! 🌿


Starting this Friday night, Rachel will be guiding our evening classes, bringing her calming energy and thoughtful guidance to two beautiful styles:

• Inside Flow Yoga

• Hatha Flow Yoga (beginner)


Her classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and smooth transitions, making them perfect for winding down at the end of the week while still building strength and flexibility.


📅 Day: Friday

⏰ Time: Evening classes (as per schedule)


We warmly invite you to join us and experience Rachel’s teaching style. Let’s give her a big welcome and flow together into the weekend.
