Ladies only yoga & pilates classes

The Ladies-only Yoga/Pilates classes will officially launch next month!

Led by FAI, a dedicated instructor specializing in women's yoga development, the courses will take place every Wednesday and Thursday morning. The offerings include:


Ladies-only  Yoga: A yoga class tailored specifically for women, designed to improve flexibility, relieve stress, and promote overall balance of body and mind.


Ladies-only  Pilates: Focused on core strength and posture, this class helps sculpt a toned physique and strengthens muscles.


Ladies-only  Sculpting Barra: A unique combination of ballet and strength training to enhance muscle definition and refine your shape.


We welcome all women to join and experience this empowering fitness journey!
